Bowie and Irvin are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2019, but likely not for long. The Bowie Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Irvin Rockets at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Bowie comes in on four and Irvin on five.

Last Friday, everything went Bowie's way against Fabens as Bowie made off with a 9-1 victory. Considering the Bears have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Irvin kept a clean sheet against Mountain View on Friday. They blew past the Lobos 3-0.

Bowie pushed their record up to 9-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three matchups. As for Irvin, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
