Bethel Christian Academy took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the Haywood Christian Academy Red Wolves by a score of 58-46. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with the Red Wolves recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Logan Hughes had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double with 24 points and ten rebounds. Aiden Phillips was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 12 boards.

Bethel Christian Academy and Haywood Christian Academy will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Crusaders will face off against rival IC Imagine at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Haywood Christian Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Community Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
