Baseball Recap: Mary Walker Victorious

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mary Walker). They skirted past the Odessa Tigers 9-8. The Chargers haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Landon Canady was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those RBI marked the first that he has brought in this season. Another player making a difference was Xander Mcnamee, who earned two runs and two stolen bases.

Mary Walker always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .577. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
