Chelan is 4-0 against Royal since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Chelan Mountain Goats will head out to face off against the Royal Knights at 3:45 p.m. Chelan will be strutting in after a win while Royal will be coming in after a loss.

If Chelan beats Royal with 59 points on Saturday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. Chelan snuck past Tonasket with a 59-53 victory on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mountain Goats.

Meanwhile, Royal took a blow against Zillah on Friday, falling 76-41. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Leopards recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Chelan is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Royal, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Chelan beat Royal 53-46 in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Chelan since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
