Basketball Recap: Central City Value's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Central City Value had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 64-54 win over the Aspire Ollin Jaguars on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 74-30 back in January.

Central City Value's victory bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Aspire Ollin, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central City Value will take on Animo Bunche at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Aspire Ollin, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Orthopaedic at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Orthopaedic will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Aspire Ollin surely won't give up without a fight.
