Volleyball Recap: Kennedale Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Crowley, Kennedale was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Irving Tigers. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Kennedale easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19.

Kennedale now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Irving, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Kennedale and Irving will both be playing Richland the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Royals at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, while the Tigers will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
