Basketball Recap: Stone Bridge Takes a Loss

Stone Bridge was the 41-36 winner over Lightridge when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Stone Bridge Bulldogs took a 59-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lightridge Bolts. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stone Bridge's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Lightridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stone Bridge will take on Briar Woods at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Lightridge, they will venture away from home to take on Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
