Basketball Recap: Faith Baptist Christian Academy Skates Past Snook Christian Academy with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Faith Baptist Christian Academy). They took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 43-2 victory over the Snook Christian Academy Eagles. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Leading Faith Baptist Christian Academy to victory were Emree Mattingly and Sophie Sellars. Mattingly went 7-for-16 to rack up 15 points along with five rebounds and five steals, while Sellars posted eight points in addition to six assists and five boards. With that strong performance, Sellars is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game. Julia Pierce also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
