Basketball Recap: Crosshill Christian Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nixyaawii Community last Saturday, Crosshill Christian came back down to earth. The Crosshill Christian Eagles took a 39-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knappa Loggers.

Crosshill Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Knappa, the win was the fourth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Crosshill Christian will square off against North Douglas on Thursday. As for Knappa, they will head out to challenge Santiam at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
