Boyland Came Up Big in Mclane's 40-7 Win
Avenal had no answer to Jazz Boyland on Friday as he rushed for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Boyland's longest rush was for an impressive 51 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Boyland and McLane will have plenty of time to enjoy the win as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Mendota at 7:30 p.m. on September 6th. McLane is 4-0 against Mendota going back to August of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
