Clackamas is 8-2 against Gresham since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Cavaliers will take on the Gophers at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Clackamas has nine straight wins, Gresham has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Clackamas' pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over Nelson. The result was nothing new for the Cavaliers, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Gresham lost 10-2 to Barlow on Tuesday.

Clackamas' victory bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Gresham, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

Everything went Clackamas' way against Gresham in their previous meeting back in May of 2025, as Clackamas made off with an 11-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cavaliers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
