Volleyball Recap: Grand County Comes Up Short

The Grand County Red Devils came up short against the Parowan Rams on Saturday and fell 3-1. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grand County started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 26-24, 25-22, 25-11.

Grand County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Parowan, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Grand County is set to challenge their familiar foe San Juan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Parowan will square off against rival South Sevier at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
