Softball Recap: Omro Comes Up Short

Omro fell victim to Ripon and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Tigers. The defeat continues a trend for the Foxes in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost six in a row.

Omro got a good showing from Lucy Brey, who didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Brey has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.

Omro's record now sits at 7-18. As for Ripon, they moved to 18-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Omro nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
