Basketball Recap: Westminster Christian Academy Skates Past North Iberville with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Westminster Christian Academy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the North Iberville Bears 95-57. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 27 points or more this season.

Westminster Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ben Andress out in front who posted 28 points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Spraggins, who earned 22 points and four steals.

Westminster Christian Academy's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points per game. As for North Iberville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Centerville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
