Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 4-0 to the Grant Generals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roughriders of the 10-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Grant, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

While Roosevelt had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
