Baseball Recap: St. Clair Takes a Loss

St. Clair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 5-1 to the Medford Tigers.

St. Clair's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Medford, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. St. Clair will challenge Maple River at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Medford, they will head out to take on Waterville-Elysian-Morristown at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Buccaneers have averaged an impressive 13.8 runs per game this season.
