Harlem dropped their record down to 12-8 on Friday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Boylan Catholic Titans by a score of 12-11. The Huskies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Titans earlier this season, when they won 4-3.

As for Boylan Catholic, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-13-1 record. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory they have posted since March 11, 2024.

For Boylan Catholic's part, Henry Berg looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Berg has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Noah McDermott was incredible, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Another player making a difference was Ethan Mott, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
