Southington dropped their record down to 9-7 on Friday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 3-0 to the Glastonbury Guardians. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Blue Knights have suffered since April 23rd.

Andrew Percival paced Southington's offense, picking up six kills. Percival got some help from Dalton Messina and his ten assists. Jeremy Parent controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

As for Glastonbury, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win they have posted against Southington since April 4, 2022.

Among those leading the charge was Alex Niland, who had 13 digs and one assist.
