Basketball Game Preview: Liberty Christian Warriors vs. Sanger Indians

The Liberty Christian Warriors will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against the Sanger Indians at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Liberty Christian is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Liberty Christian came up short against Legacy and fell 51-41.

Meanwhile, Sanger unfortunately witnessed the end of their 13-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 53-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Panther Creek. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while the Panthers are ranked 83rd).

Sanger's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 17-6. As for Liberty Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-19.
