Baseball Recap: West Las Vegas Takes a Loss

West Las Vegas entered their contest against Robertson on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Dons took a 10-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 29th, but that streak is no more.

Daniel Bustamante made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.

West Las Vegas' loss dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Robertson, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

West Las Vegas didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-1 defeat against St. Michael's on the 29th. As for Robertson, they have also already played their next contest, a 5-4 victory against Santa Fe Indian on the 29th.
