Volleyball Recap: Piedmont Hills Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Piedmont Hills lost against Leland back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pirates took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chargers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, 23-25, 25-16.

Alexis Musselwhite paced Piedmont Hills' offense, picking up 16 kills. Musselwhite got some help from Allison Williams and her 25 assists. Zimo Zhou and Eden Ng kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Piedmont Hills' loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Leland, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.
