Basketball Game Preview: Fort Stockton Panthers vs. Midland Bulldogs

Fort Stockton is 0-4 against Midland since December of 2014 but things could change on Tuesday. The Fort Stockton Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Midland Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Fort Stockton saw some tournament action on Thursday. They lost 69-49 to Sudan.

Meanwhile, Midland lost to Wylie at home by a 49-33 margin on Friday. Midland hasn't had much luck with Wylie recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Fort Stockton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Midland, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

Fort Stockton took a serious blow against Midland in their previous matchup back in December of 2018, falling 71-24. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Fort Stockton was down 43-9.
