Baseball Recap: Fletcher Has No Trouble Against Blair

Fletcher had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 11-run drubbing they dealt Blair on Thursday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Broncos.

Seth Bradberry and Zach Herriage made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Bradberry tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Herriage tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. At bat, Bradberry went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run, while Herriage went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Fletcher's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Fletcher has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Union City on the 15th. Blair does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
