Milton has gone a perfect 3-0 against Jay recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Milton will look to defend their home field against Jay at 6:30 p.m. Jay took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Milton, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, Milton earned a 10-5 victory over Escambia. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

The team relied heavily on Parker McCoy, who scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Jalen McNaughtom also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Meanwhile, Jay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of West Florida. That's two games in a row now that the Royals have lost by just one run.

Jay saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clay Norris, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Jay's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Milton, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Milton came out on top in a nail-biter against Jay in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 6-4. Will Milton repeat their success, or does Jay has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
