Softball Recap: Warren County Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Warren County's offense. They fell 4-0 to the Oxford Prep Griffins on Wednesday. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Warren County and nudges their season record down to 13-3. As for Oxford Prep, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

Warren County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 18-0 victory against Wilson Prep on the 1st. As for Oxford Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-2 defeat against Vance Charter on the 1st.
