You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for New Hanover on Friday. They blew past the Pine Lake Prep Pride 85-59. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Nolan Billings continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 9 of 10 on his way to 19 points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Rodmik Allen, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 14 points in addition to seven boards and three steals.

Pine Lake Prep's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joseph Bruce, who posted 18 points and four steals. Bruce has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 11 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Ethan Morgan, who had eight points in addition to seven assists and five boards.

New Hanover is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.5 points per game. As for Pine Lake Prep, they moved to 8-2 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
