Ridgeview College Prep suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They were outmatched by El Dorado at home and fell 70-32.
Meanwhile, Sequoia Charter was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Monday as they fell 51-47 to Empower College Prep.
Ridgeview College Prep has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season. As for Sequoia Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
Ridgeview College Prep was able to grind out a solid victory over Sequoia Charter in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 52-42. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Sequoia Charter's Asher Roehl, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.
