Football Game Preview: Sierra Linda Bulldogs vs. Lake Havasu Knights + Official Tickets

The Sierra Linda Bulldogs will face off against the Lake Havasu Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Sierra Linda's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Westview 21-0.

Sierra Linda didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Dominick Ross and Malcolm Fisher. Sierra Linda got some further help from Mario Yanez: he picked up two sacks and made eight total tackles (6.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Lake Havasu entered their tilt with Somerton on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Toros 55-0. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won four matchups by 27 points or more so far this season.

Lake Havasu's win came from a few key players Sierra Linda will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Halo Jump, who threw for 203 yards and four TDs while completing 92.3% of his passes. Niko Bailey made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Sierra Linda's record is now 8-2. As for Lake Havasu, their record now sits at an identical 8-2.
