Volleyball Recap: Lodi Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lodi can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Waupun Warriors on Tuesday. The Blue Devils just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-14.

Despite the loss, Lodi saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Hailey Bell had four digs and two aces.

Lodi's defeat dropped their record down to 16-18. As for Waupun, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-7.

Lodi does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Waupun, they will venture away from home to face off against Sauk Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
