Volleyball Game Preview: Columbus Catholic Dons vs. McDonell Central Macks

Columbus Catholic hasn't had much luck against McDonell Central recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Dons will head out to challenge the Macks at 7:15 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Columbus Catholic sitting on five straight victories and McDonell Central on 36.

On Thursday, Columbus Catholic got the win against Loyal by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, McDonell Central was able to grind out a solid win over Stanley-Boyd on Saturday, taking the game 2-0.

Columbus Catholic's record now sits at 25-13. As for McDonell Central, their record is now 40-2.

Columbus Catholic couldn't quite get it done against McDonell Central when the teams last played back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Dons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
