Souza rushed for 215 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries while Meras gained 173 total yards and three touchdowns. Souza's longest rush was for an incredible 77 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Braden Scritchfield, who rushed for 59 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Sutter's defense and their three sacks. Troy Bowens was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up 2.5 himself. He is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in the last five games he's played.
Oakmont is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
