Webber won the last time they faced Sandoval and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Trojans walked away with  a   2-0  win over the Blackhawks.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Webber took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15,  25-12.
 Edyn Knight paced Webber's offense, picking up ten kills. Knight got some help from  Isabella Caronongan and her seven assists. Caronongan was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with nine aces.
Webber's victory  ended  a  three-match drought at home  and  bumped them up to 13-11. As for Sandoval,  they are  on  a  15-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-23.
 Webber does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sandoval, after both having extra time off, they and Okawville will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
