Volleyball Recap: Richfield Finds Home Court Redemption Against Providence Hall

There's no place like home for Richfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Providence Hall Patriots 3-0 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Richfield never let Providence Hall on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-19, 26-24.

Jerzy Moon paced Richfield's offense, picking up 20 kills. Moon got some help from Adrie Seely and her 37 assists. Seely was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Richfield's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Providence Hall, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-8.

Coming up, Richfield will head out to challenge Juab at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Providence Hall, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Clearfield on the 3rd.
