Volleyball Recap: Spain Park Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Spain Park can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Hazel Green Trojans on Tuesday. The Jaguars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Trojans earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Despite the loss, Spain Park saw an underclassman step up: freshman Camdyn Kyes had 18 digs and two assists. Kyes is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Spain Park's defeat dropped their record down to 38-9. As for Hazel Green, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 37-10.

Spain Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hazel Green has already played their next match (against Spanish Fort), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
