Basketball Game Preview: Dunwoody Wildcats vs. West Forsyth Wolverines

Dunwoody is 0-3 against West Forsyth since November of 2022 but things could change on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Wildcats will jump right back in to play the Wolverines at 11:30 a.m. Dunwoody has given up an average of 57.5 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Dunwoody came up short against Mount Vernon and fell 57-46. While the Wildcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 12-7 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, West Forsyth gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Chattahoochee, sneaking past 60-57. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Wolverines have posted since December 3, 2024.

Dunwoody's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for West Forsyth, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.

Dunwoody ended up a good deal behind West Forsyth when the teams last played back in November of 2024, losing 75-58. Can the Wildcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
