Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Garrett Morgan). They walked away with a 91-82 victory over the Chardon Hilltoppers on Monday. While the Falcons didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Garrett Morgan's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Chardon, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Garrett Morgan won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Collinwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chardon, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lakeside at 3:30 p.m. on December 27th.
