After flying high against North Bullitt two weeks ago, Henry Clay came back down to earth. The Blue Devils lost 37-14 to the Lafayette Generals on Friday. The Blue Devils have struggled against the Generals recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Henry Clay's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lafayette, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Looking ahead, Henry Clay will square off against Paul Laurence Dunbar at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.83 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
