Basketball Recap: Fosston Takes a Loss

After flying high against Blackduck last Tuesday, Fosston came back down to earth. The Fosston Greyhounds were dealt a 78-36 loss at the hands of the East Grand Forks Green Wave on Thursday. The match marked the Greyhounds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Fosston's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for East Grand Forks, they pushed their record up to 11-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Fosston has already played their next game (against Fertile-Beltrami), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. East Grand Forks will challenge Warren-Alvarado-Oslo at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
