Volleyball Game Preview: Chaparral Pumas vs. Great Oak Wolfpack

The Chaparral Pumas will square off against the Great Oak Wolfpack at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Chaparral not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 19th. They put the hurt on Temecula Valley with a sharp 3-0 win. The Pumas haven't had any issues with the Golden Bears recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Great Oak waltzed into their contest on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Broncos 3-0.

While Great Oak might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Vista Murrieta scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 25-18.

Great Oak pushed their record up to 22-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Chaparral, they now have a winning record of 14-13.
