Basketball Game Preview: Bessemer City Tigers vs. McAdory Yellowjackets

Bessemer City is 0-10 against McAdory since February of 2021 but things could change on Thursday. The Bessemer City Tigers will be playing at home against the McAdory Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m.

Bessemer City is headed into Thursday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a 69-34 loss at the hands of Hueytown. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 368th, while the Golden Gophers are ranked 140th).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for McAdory, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They blew past Tarrant 74-53 on Monday.

McAdory's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Bessemer City, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.
