Basketball Game Preview: West Clermont Wolves vs. Kings Knights

The West Clermont Wolves will head out to take on the Kings Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in West Clermont's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

West Clermont is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Little Miami: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Wolves blew the Panthers out of the water with a 72-36 final score. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Bella Swisshelm continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 14-for-19 to rack up 34 points and six rebounds. The matchup was her sixth in a row with at least 17 points. Kam Lowe was another key player, putting up eight points and three blocks.

Meanwhile, Kings didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Anderson on Monday, but they still walked away with a 46-40 victory.

West Clermont's record is now 6-0. As for Kings, their record now sits at 2-4.

Everything went West Clermont's way against Kings when the teams last played back in January, as West Clermont made off with a 63-42 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
