Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Truman). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Excelsior Springs Tigers 83-36. The Patriots have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 22 points or more this season.

Truman has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32 points. As for Excelsior Springs, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Truman and Grain Valley will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Excelsior Springs, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Excelsior Springs Tigers duke it out with the Raytown South Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
