Basketball Recap: Seminole Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Pointe Christian Academy, Seminole was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Mainland Buccaneers by a score of 58-45. For the Seminoles, this counts as revenge for the 56-41 victory the Buccaneers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2021.

Seminole's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Mainland, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seminole will host DeLand at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mainland, they will take on Cornerstone Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
