Basketball Game Preview: Dunbar Wolverines vs. Withrow Tigers

Dunbar is 0-3 against Withrow since December of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Dunbar Wolverines will host the Withrow Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Dunbar is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

On Thursday, Dunbar strolled past Catholic Central with points to spare, taking the game 51-33.

Meanwhile, Withrow played a tough game on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Woodward and fell 63-26. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost five in a row.

Dunbar has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.1 points per game. As for Withrow, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
