Basketball Recap: Lake Oswego Takes a Loss

Lake Oswego suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Tualatin Timberwolves, falling 106-85. The Lakers haven't had much luck with the Timberwolves recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Lake Oswego's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Tualatin, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Oswego will challenge West Linn at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Lake Oswego knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully West Linn likes a good challenge. As for Tualatin, they will venture away from home to take on Tigard at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Tualatin is facing Tigard at the right time seeing as Tigard is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
