Lewisburg is 3-0 against Southaven since December of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Lewisburg Patriots will head out on the road to challenge the Southaven Chargers at 7:30 p.m. Lewisburg will be strutting in after a victory while Southaven will be coming in after a loss.

Lewisburg is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Northpoint Christian to the tune of 99-13 on Friday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-8.

Meanwhile, Southaven was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 61-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Oxford.

Lewisburg pushed their record up to 6-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points per game. As for Southaven, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Lewisburg was able to grind out a solid victory over Southaven in their previous meeting back in February, winning 59-47. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Southaven's Rodarius Donley, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 21 points and seven rebounds. Now that he won't be playing on Tuesday, will it be easier for Lewisburg to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
