Soccer Recap: Newark Tech Starts Season with Loss at Home

Newark Tech unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Columbia Cougars on Wednesday, falling 7-0. The loss continues a trend for Newark Tech in their meetings with Columbia: they've now lost three in a row.

Looking ahead, Newark Tech will head out on the road to square off against Morris County Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Columbia, they will challenge East Side at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
