Linn had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the North Callaway Thunderbirds. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 7th.

Linn's offense was headlined by Ali Russell and Kylie Goans, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Nicole Grellner and her 23 assists. Russell was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Linn's victory bumped their record up to 21-7-3. As for North Callaway, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-11-3.

Linn has already played their next matchup (against Hermann), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. North Callaway does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
