Eden had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They took down the North Collins Eagles 50-36. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while the Eagles are ranked 834th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Eden's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyler Wakelam, who went 6-for-12 on his way to 18 points and seven boards. Kobe Genco was another key player, putting up 11 points along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Eden's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for North Collins, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Eden will have a chance to go back-to-back against North Collins: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
