While White Hall's  victory against Arkansas wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs' pitcher stepped up to hand the Razorbacks  a   2-0 shutout  on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  12-2  back in March.
Not much got past  Kenley Daniel, who gave up just  three  hits and racked up six Ks to keep Arkansas off the board. Daniel has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in nine consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Allie Rushing, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and two  doubles.  Emma Ratliff was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
 White Hall  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters  in ten consecutive  matchups.
White Hall is  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-9-1 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Arkansas, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 11-12.
 Coming up, White Hall will challenge Monticello at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (the Bulldogs 3.1, the Billies 3.7) so any  runs scored will be well earned. As for Arkansas, they will face off against Hot Springs at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday.
